The removable pillow has a face hole underneath and you can extend the head rest for taller people or remove it completely if required.

Signature on delivery:

For furniture deliveries, a signature is required upon delivery. Please make sure you are available otherwise a re-delivery fee may incur. 

Faulty, Damaged or Change of Mind?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your delivery if your purchase is  damaged or faulty. Ensure all returns are in their original packaging and properly sealed. Please also make sure that the dimensions of any furniture piece you purchase are suitable for your space as freight for a change of mind return will be covered by the purchaser
