WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?
We will deliver same day to your salon if your order is placed before 11:11am Monday-Friday and you are within our zoning area
WHAT HAPPENS IF I ORDER AFTER 11:11AM AND SELECT SAME DAY DELIVERY?
If its absolutely urgent and you needed it like yesterday, please send us an email before 12:30pm at firstname.lastname@example.org with the heading URGENT DELIVERY and we will see how/if we can help you. There are no promises but we will always do our best to accomodate. If your email comes through after 12:30pm, we could be out on our afternoon delivery run and of missed your email - so please send it before 12:30pm otherwise it will be sent via Standard Post
WHAT HAPPENS IF I SELECT SAME DAY DELIVERY BUT I FINISH WORK EARLY?
Delivery will take place Monday-Friday afternoons until 5pm and will not be left out the front of salon's if you are not there. We cannot guarantee what time we will be at your salon depending on that day's delivery run so, please make sure that you or a staff member will be at the salon for collection otherwise if the salon is shut, your parcel will be sent via standard post. Please email us at email@example.com before 12pm if you need your parcel ASAP if you won't be at your salon until 5pm and we will do our best to update our delivery run. Please note unfortunately this may not always be possible.
MY SALON IS AT HOME - WILL YOU STILL DELIVER?
Yes - we are trialling both commercial and home salon locations but please leave detailed descriptions on where to leave your package and also any parking instructions for our delivery drivers if you live on a highway etc
