Returns & Refunds
We offer a 10-day return policy from the date you receive your order. To be eligible:

Items must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.

You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, email us at hello@1111beautypro.com. We’ll provide the return address. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility and are non-refundable.

Only damaged or faulty products are eligible for a refund. Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your items are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrect, contact us within 10 days with photos or videos of the packaging/products. We’ll evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.
Shipping
We ship internationally to New Zealand, United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom.

Orders placed before 2pm (Mon–Fri) ship the same day (excluding public holidays). Orders after 2pm ship the next business day.

Shipping costs vary; select your currency at checkout for rates.
Duties & Taxes:
International shipments may incur customs duties or taxes. The recipient is responsible for any charges.
Tracking:
A tracking number will be emailed once your order is fulfilled. Please allow extra days during busy periods like Christmas or Black Friday. If you haven’t received your tracking number, contact hello@1111beautypro.com
Returned Parcels
Ensure your name, address, email, and contact number are correct at checkout. We cannot ship to PO boxes.
If a parcel is returned, we can resend or refund once it’s back in our warehouse. Reshipping will incur an additional shipping fee.
