The 11:11 Club is a sister brand of 11:11 Beauty Pro. Orders are processed through our main Shopify store (11:11 Beauty Pro), which is why your invoice may show that name. Rest assured, your order is from The 11:11 Club, and all products, shipping, and customer service are handled by us.

2. What is The 11:11 Club?

The 11:11 Club is our retail beauty brand designed for consumers. It’s separate from 11:11 Beauty Pro, which is professional-only.

3. Can I return a product I purchased from The 11:11 Club?

4. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We ship to New Zealand, USA, Canada, and the UK. Customs duties and taxes may apply and are the recipient’s responsibility.
