At The 11:11 Club, we know you want your beauty essentials ASAP. Here's everything you need to know about getting your order delivered.

Order Processing

Orders are packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During sale events, promotional periods and holiday periods, please allow up to 7 days for processing and dispatch.

Australia-Wide Shipping

We offer Standard and Express Shipping via Australia Post.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your selected delivery method.

International Shipping

The Club goes global! 🌎

We also ship internationally to New Zealand, USA, Canada and Europe.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Delivery times vary depending on your destination, and any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

FREE Standard Shipping on Australian orders over $99 AUD.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details.

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary depending on your location and Australia Post.

Newcastle & Lake Macquarie Same-Day Delivery

We offer same-day local delivery for orders placed before 11:11am on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday, excluding public holidays.

Local Delivery Fee: $10 flat rate

Before selecting local delivery at checkout, please check our Local Delivery Zone Map to ensure your address is eligible.

Important local delivery information:

• Same-day delivery is available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday only.

• Orders must be placed before 11:11am on an eligible delivery day.

• Orders placed after the cutoff, on Wednesdays, weekends or public holidays will be eligible for delivery on the next available local delivery day.

• Local delivery is available only within our designated Newcastle and Lake Macquarie delivery zone.

• We deliver to standalone houses and townhouses with safe, accessible drop-off locations.

• Apartment buildings without a safe, accessible parcel drop-off area are not eligible.

• Please provide accurate delivery details and any relevant instructions at checkout.

Outside our delivery zone?

If you select local delivery but your address falls outside our designated zone, your order will be sent via Standard Australia Post shipping instead. We'll contact you if any additional shipping charges or arrangements need to be confirmed.

Safe Drop-Offs & Pets

Local delivery orders may be left in a safe, accessible location at your property.

Please ensure pets are safely contained and that your nominated delivery location is secure.

Where you have authorised an unattended delivery, The 11:11 Club is not responsible for damage caused by pets after the parcel has been safely delivered, to the extent permitted by law.

If a safe drop-off location is unavailable, we may contact you to arrange an alternative.

Incorrect Addresses & Delivery Issues

Please double-check your shipping address and contact details before placing your order.

If your parcel is missing, damaged in transit or hasn't arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us so we can investigate.
